Camp Information

Snacks & Drinks: Please provide your child with a drink and nut-free snacks. We are a strictly NUT-FREE campdue to allergies.

Outdoor Clothing: Make sure your child brings a warm coat and suitable footwear—we may head outside for some winter fun!

Medical Details: Please ensure all medical information is completed. If medication is required, place it in a clearly labelled plastic bag and hand it to a staff member during registration.

Payment via Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare
If you are paying using childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare, payment must be received at least three days prior to the start of the camp.
Please email your voucher or TFC reference to james@amasing.org.uk once the payment has been made.
Please note: If both the payment and reference are not received at least three days before the camp begins, your child’s place will be cancelled.
