We are excited to invite your school to be part of AmaSing Cumbria: We Rise – a vibrant, inspiring creative arts project bringing together music, dance, wellbeing, and community across Cumbria.
In partnership with Cumbria Music Hub, AmaSing brings professional musicians, composers, dancers and unforgettable creative experiences directly to your pupils.
What your school will recieve
Weekly Online Singing Sessions – From April 2026
Fun, uplifting 45-minute whole-school sessions every Friday afternoon led by the AmaSing professional team.
Online Songwriting Composing Sessions– Thursday 18 December 2025
Selected pupils will create a brand-new Cumbria Music Hub song, written with professional composers and performed by thousands of children across the county.
Live Performances in Professional Venues – June 2026
A class from your school will perform alongside the AmaSing live band and dancers, with full rehearsals on the day and an evening show for families.
Performance Dates:
- Tuesday 23 June – The Garden at Eden, Carlisle Golf Club
- Wednesday 24 June – The Coronation Hall, Ulverston
Online Celebration Show – Friday 26 June 2026 (1:30–2:30pm)
All participating schools unite in a special live-streamed regional performance.

All proceeds support children’s mental health through inclusive arts.
📅 Show Day Schedule
- Arrive at school as normal
- Travel to venue for 1:00pm
- Rehearsal with live band: 1:30–5:00pm
- Tea break: 5:00–6:00pm (packed tea in disposable bag)
- Children return to performance spaces: 6:15pm
- Doors open: 6:15pm
- Show time: 6:30–8:00pm
- Pupils depart with school staff (schools arrange collection—recommended to return to school for dismissal)
