The Venue
The William Aston Hall is the largest theatre and concert venue in Wrexham. It regularly plays host to the great names in comedy such as Kevin Bridges, Alan Davies and Jimmy Carr, as well as ballets, shows, and bands like Feeder and the Levellers.
The William Aston Hall is the perfect venue for larger-scale events from concerts and orchestral performances to awards ceremonies and product launches – and anything else in between. Its close proximity to the majority of the University’s teaching rooms makes it an excellent choice for conferences, with plenty of break-out rooms of all sizes. The large stage has state-of-the-art sound and lighting which can also be used during conferences for plenary sessions as well as the opening and closing of ceremonies.
Teacher Resources
AmaSing works collaboratively with educational establishments including primary/high schools, colleges, universities and art specialists to develop and enhance children’s wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem. It also supports professional development for teachers and training teachers in developing skills and opportunities to deliver singing, music and arts in the daily school curriculum.
