Our Biggest Event to date!
We were so excited to organise the biggest children's concert in Chester and first of its kind held at Chester Football Stadium in July. We brought 1500 young people together from 45 Cheshire primary schools to perform our unique songs which have been created in workshops with children and communities this year supporting their mental health through music and arts.

These incredible shows were held over 2 nights and included children from; St Mary of the Angels, The Firs School, Christ Church Primary School, Meadow Primary School, Tarporley Primary School, Newton Primary School, The Oaks Primary School, St Bernards Primary School, Huntington Primary School, Shocklach Primary School, Aston Hayes Primary School, Boughton Heath Primary School, Kelsall Primary School, St Werburgh's Primary School, Deebanks Primary School, Mill View Primary School, Maple Grove Primary School, Saighton Primary School, Upton Heath Primary School, Parklands Primary School, Tarvin Primary School, Cherry Grove Primary Schoo, St Theresas Primary School , Alvanley and Manley Primary School, Wolverham Primary School, Guilden Sutton Primary School, Lostock Gralam Primary School, St Lukes Primary School, St Clare's Primary School, Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Primary Schoo, Oldfield Primary School, JH Godwin Primary School, Lache Primary School, Hoole Primary School, Saughall Primary School, Helsby Hillside Primary School, Acresfield Primary School, Sutton Green Primary School, St Martins Primary School, Chester Blue Coat Primary School, Upton Westlea Primary School, Witton Church Primary School and Rossmore Primary School, and guest performances from Chester Catholic High School students, Chester Scouts, Evolution Dance Academy and Chester local youth band CH2.

The event also included a fantastic performance for our very own Creative Arts Saturday School pupils. Our club is completely inclusive and to see the strides these children have made in their own personal journey has been inspiring. It was wonderful to see them performing on the main stage ! What an achievement.

The children and teachers have been working hard for the last 6 months in school learning our songs and dances which have been created in our Aspire workshops throughout 2023. The schools came together for a rehearsal with our amazing professional AmaSing band led by our Musical Director Andrew Smith, with lead west end vocalist Frances Dee, Lead Guitar James Dee, Bass Paul Adams and Drummer Stephen Carden Jones.
The children and teachers sang their hearts out and the sound they made was incredible. 9 songs were performed altogether which included ย Chester Zoo's new campaign song "Rising", The Cheshire school song "If You Believe", "Unstoppable", "We are a Rainbow", "Queen Medley", "Our Aspire Pop Medley", "Be Who You Wanna Be" and "City of Miracles" The show concluded with a vibrant, uplifting performance of "Feel AmaSing in the Air" where we had 100 children accompanying the singing with 100 drums. It was a fantastic way to end the show.
Our show team was made up of volunteers, school teachers, youth ambassadors plus lots of family and friends who get roped in.
We are forever grateful to everyone who has helped out in any role big or small!
